A Study of People & Places talk – Thurs 16th July 7.30pm

Tuesday July 7th, 2026/in News/by Clerk

East Haddon Village Society have another very interesting, local history topic for our next talk on Thursday 16th July. Presented by our own Chairman, Richard Brinkman, the evening is all about the East Haddon Hall. With the generous support of the current owner, John Beynon, and help from other local people, Richard has produced a fascinating talk on the history of the Hall and some of the people who lived there. A great opportunity to learn about a beautiful house at the centre of our beautiful village. I do hope you can come along.

Raffle tickets for the summer draw will be available at the start of the evening and we will then draw the raffle at the end. You could leave the evening the proud owner of a gorgeous Haddonstone Planter. There will also be some other smaller prizes.

All proceeds from the raffle will go to our two charities – East Haddon Playing Fields Association and Maggie’s Cancer Support Charity at Northampton Hospital. Two great charities to support.
