New cost of living support hub is launched

West Northants Council has launched new online support hub and phoneline to help residents find help during the ongoing cost of living crisis. The webpage is designed to be easy to navigate and contains lots of information on accessing grants, money and debt advice, government funding, wellbeing tips and links to local community organisations. The drop-down options are tailored to specific users and aim to make the information quick to find and easily accessible, without the need to scroll for a long period of time. Residents can also find tips to help keep daily costs down, and a directory of Warm Welcoming Spaces –community buildings offering people in need a comforting place to keep warm and enjoy a little company. For those who prefer to talk to someone on the phone, our customer services team is available between the hours of 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday to offer support and advice. We understand it can be difficult for people to find out what support is available, so we have worked closely with partners to create a central hub of information to help with this.
