Waste and recycling collection arrangements in West Northamptonshire this Christmas

Many of West Northamptonshire Council's services will be closed from Christmas Day and will reopen as normal from 9am on Tuesday, 4th January.

Bin collections, children's services, social care and registration service are operating as normal during the Christmas week along with emergency arrangements such as homelessness and housing repairs.

Road Closure Holdenby Road, East Haddon 15th November 2021

Northamptonshire Highways are intending on widening a footway along a section of Holdenby Road, East Haddon. To undertake this work safely will require that the road is closed for two days from the 15th November from 9.30am to 5pm.The closure and diversion can be viewed here

Neighbourhood Watch have had reports that there are people going door to door selling cloths and other sundry items, and some have claimed that this is on behalf of Neighbourhood Watch.

Neighbourhood Watch in Northants do not do this, and do not support any organisations doing this on our behalf.

Action Fraud has received over 700 reports from members of the public about fake emails purporting to be from the NHS. The emails claim to be able to provide people with a "digital passport" that "proves you have been vaccinated against COVID-19".
